As the National Retail Operations Manager your responsibilities will include:
- Working with the director to set and implement the growth strategy
- Opening new stores
- Recruiting, hiring and training retail team members
- Driving a unique and outstanding customer experience
- Influencing and implementing marketing initiatives
- Managing the stock and inventory
- Buying product from local suppliers
- Building strong relationships with corporate clients and external suppliers
The ideal candidate for this position:
- Is very down to earth and has a hands on approach
- Has a great sense of humour and a positive attitude
- Is retail savvy and commercially astute
- Loves the idea of getting into the nitty gritty of a successful retail operation
- Has strong computer and excel skills
- Is a great communicator and a genuine motivator
- Has an interest in the fashion sector
- Has previous experience as a retail regional or area manager
