As the new Field Sales and Operations Manager for Harrisons Solar, amongst other things you’ll be:
- Providing sales and operations expertise, field support and development to Business Owners to enable them to run efficient and profitable businesses
- Identifying opportunities for growth and improvement. monitoring, supporting and driving sales and KPI performance of the group and individuals alongside the National Sales and Operations Manager.
- Meeting ‘real people’ face to face, alongside Business Owners to provide hands-on coaching and support to drive sales, and converting qualified sales leads into new, impressed customers
- Getting across the operating performance of the Group, including the delivery of the Harrisons Solar’s desired customer experience to ensure a consistent brand experience.
- Championing efficient and effective business administration and operations to ensure Business Owners are operating profitable and sustainable businesses.
- Involved with interesting projects from time to time
To be considered for this role you’ll ideally:
- Be a proven sales and operations leader
- Be a down to earth – hands on operator and an excellent communicator
- You’ll genuinely get satisfaction from supporting others to achieve their goals.
- Have strong commercial and technical acumen
