While working as an artist in New York, Roanne, Founder and Creative Director of SABEN started designing her own quality handbags with equal parts beautiful form and function. It was in her parent’s garage that the first SABEN bag came to life.

• You’ll  be reporting to the Chief Marketing & Commercial Officer with the opportunity to share ideas and strategy with the Founder and Creative Director. 
• You’ll get to make a real impact. You’ll lead the development and execution of marketing strategies across retail, wholesale, and online channels.
• You’ll have strategic ownership. You’ll be responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic and engaging campaigns.
• You’ll get to lead the SABEN PR strategy, overseeing and cultivating strong relationships with key media and brand ambassadors
• You’ll be championing SABEN’S international growth –  supporting key local and international stakeholders to expand the SABEN brand presence across Australia and further afield.
• You’ll be directing high impact projects like photoshoots, strategic brand partnerships and collaborations, events, activations and in-store experiences.

To be considered for this role you’ll ideally:

• Have a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.
• Be confident developing strategy as well as rolling up your sleeves to execute.
• Have a proven ability to deliver work that drives measurable impact.
• Have a commercial mindset, yet love putting your creative flair and big ideas to the test.
• Be naturally collaborative and love working as part of a small, passionate and very high-performing team.
