Digital and Design Specialist

As their new Digital & Design Specialist you could be bringing the SABEN brand to life across every touchpoint — from in-store windows and printed collateral to digital campaigns and social content.

In your role as SABEN Digital & Design Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

Brand Design

• Creating compelling visual concepts that reflect the brand identity and align with seasonal and promotional campaigns.
• Partnering with the marketing and sales teams to produce storytelling-led assets such as campaign toolkits, presentation decks and engaging new season look books.
• Maintaining brand consistency across all visual executions and ensure all assets meet production and print standards.

Digital Creation

• Designing and producing digital assets for social media, eDMs, website, and online campaigns.
• Building and adapting creative templates for paid media channels, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and Ecommerce Equation (external agency) guidance.
• Managing content calendars in collaboration with marketing and eCommerce team to ensure timely delivery of assets.
• Supporting animation, motion graphics, and video editing to enhance digital storytelling and engagement.
• Staying informed on industry trends and emerging digital marketing innovations to maintain a competitive edge.
• Working alongside the SABEN Marketing Co-ordinator to generate ideas and create social content specific to channel requirements.

Digital Advertising Management

• Overseeing the creation, adaptation, and delivery of digital advertising assets in partnership with media and eCommerce teams across paid social, search and display channels.
• Working closely with digital partners and Ecommerce Equation to ensure campaigns are optimised and on brand – while maintaining brand integrity and creative excellence.

Store Visual Merchandising (VM)

• Leading the development and execution of visual merchandising across both owned stores and stockist locations.
• Collaborating with retail and marketing teams, designing and implementing window displays, in-store promotional collateral, and pricing materials that are consistent with the brand identity and campaign objectives.

Ideal Skills and Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in a graphic design, digital design, or creative content role (agency or in-house).
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro or After Effects).
• Proficiency in Klaviyo (or similar CRM platform) and Shopify required.
• Strong understanding of digital and social platforms, including Meta, TikTok, Google Display, and eDM creative best practice.
• Experience designing across both print and digital formats, with an eye for detail, typography, and visual storytelling.
