As their new General Manager your role will include:
- Working collaboratively with the Directors to set the annual business and sales strategies and financial targets
- Being responsible for leading the business and achieving key objectives
- Collaborating with the team to implement the growth strategy
- Providing strong leadership, guidance and support as you drive top performance and excellence
- Managing relationships with key suppliers and partners
- Financial management and reporting

To be considered for this role you will ideally be:
- Experienced in a similar role within the retail sector
- Incredibly strategic and commercially astute
- A hands on, genuine, collaborative and authentic leader
- Results focused with previous experience building high performance teams
