As their new business development manager you’ll be:
- Working directly with the CEO on strategy
- Refining the existing sales process to ensure that customers are delighted and teams have clear expectations
- Building even stronger relationships with existing customers, forecasting and anticipating and collaborating with them on their business needs
- Identifying new business opportunities and driving sales
- Working closely with other leaders in the business to ensure your customers are well supported and that the business is prepared to deliver to expectations.
To be considered for this role you’ll ideally:

- Have previous business development experience
- Be proactive and energetic, with a ‘hunter’s instinct
- Have outstanding communication skills and be genuinely customer centric
