There’s a high level of capability required to run each store, and as such, you’ll be working to coach and mentor a strong team – as you enjoy taking your own skills to a whole new level too!
Reporting directly to the National Retail Manager you will soon be:
- Taking full responsibility for the P&L of this region
- Using you commercial ability to identify gaps and opportunities for growth
- Developing regional business plans
- Supporting your managers to achieve great things
- Working with other key stakeholders in the business to do great things!
To be considered for this role:
- You’ll be genuinely interested in helping others to succeed and grow
- You’ll definitely have previous retail regional or multi-site experience
- You’ll be business minded with the ability to lead strategically
- You’ll have had exposure to leading teams to deliver great things!
- Experience in the fashion sector is ideal.
