What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting retail managers and multi-site managers to be the best they can possibly be
- Being clearly focused on where you can make a positive impact and then making that happen!
- Training new managers and mentoring existing ones
- Communicating with key stakeholders in HR and Merchandising to ensure that your region has what it needs to be able to deliver outstanding results
- Learning from on of New Zealand’s most reputable National Retail Managers
