What?! Mediocrity? How?
Going with the flow? In my experience, getting into the main stream of things or taking an opportunity because it happened to come my way has certainly created some momentum in my life or taken me in an interesting direction – but going with the flow has also seen me mindlessly swept up and carried away in directions that were a complete waste of time and energy or just kept me treading water in a very mediocre space indeed! Its also a very easy way to surrender your real options.
Gaining Momentum – Conscious Choice!
Using the flow on the other hand – wow! This strategy is a conscious way of using the energy and momentum of something to add real speed and power to the mission that you are on! Just like riding a wave at sea, you can strategically choose to take full advantage of something that has already gained momentum to propel you further and faster along your chosen route!
