Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading a team of buyers and merch planners to new performance heights
- Coaching your team to ensure that potential is reached
- Strategically working with the senior leadership team
- Working to identify and then take full advantage of opportunities across the departments in terms of sourcing, product, processes etc
- Driving and building outstanding relationships with suppliers
