As their new Northern Regional Manager you will be:
- Responsible for the performance of 14 retail stores and their teams
- Driving a people focused culture with a genuine interest in supporting your team
- Implementing a ‘new’ KPI system, ensuring that your teams are on board and well supported and that your customers are delighted with every encounter
- Working with the executive team to ensure that their brand maintains its edge in the market

To be considered for this position you will ideally:
- Be able to demonstrate your ability to build and maintain a strong and positive people culture
- Have had previous experience as a retail multi-site manager
