Are you a big box retailer keen to take on an exciting new challenge? Our client is looking for an experienced manager to sit within their ASM / Ops Management team.
You will be rewarded with a great salary and an excellent bonus package!
The role includes, but is not limited to:
- Driving operations. This role requires someone who is operationally sound and can run a tight ship!
- Selling. You will be able to sell big ticket items! This role requires someone who leads by example and can reach individual sales targets whilst coaching the team to meet their individual and store targets.
- Coaching. You will be a people leader who thrives on succession planning and developing a team.
- Management. Your team will be large, including a management team and a visual merchandiser
- Building. You will need to build up an engaged and inspired team.
