Calling all Area Managers in Christchurch! This is an opportunity to take a step up in your retail career! Our client is looking for a senior manager or area manager to join their business and take on an exciting role.
Driving a large team, you will be responsible for;
- Sales and results across your business, including KPI’s and managing loss prevention
- The performance management for your team
- The ability to develop and coach future leaders in the business through a sound succession plan.
- Recruitment and induction of all new team members
To be successful in this role, you will bring with you;
- An inspiring leadership approach! You are a leader who your team loves to follow and believe in.
- Sound experience in performance management
- Proven management experience either in a big box / large format / flagship store managers role or as a cluster / area manager
- Be passionate about the retail industry!
Our client is happy to look at candidates from all types of retail backgrounds, whether it be homeware, fashion, sporting equipment…..but you must have retail management experience in order to be considered for the role.
