This is a senior store management role, with a large team to manage as well as a high volume of stock to work with.
About the role:
- Drive the team towards successful sales results, lead by example on the shop floor
- Manage a large team, with 3-5 people on the floor at any given time
- Manage a high volume of stock – this is a demanding role that requires an expert stock manager!
- Work with gorgeous product, women’s and children’s fashion to die for
- Responsible for all visual merchandising, rosters, PNL’s, KPIS, stocktakes and store presentation standards
About you:
- You will be an experienced store manager with a background in apparel.
- You will have managed a large format, high stock volume business
- You will have lead and inspired a large team, including an assistant manager and will have experience in managing complex rosters
- Ideally, you will have worked with high-end product or for designer brands, however this is not essential
- You will have a love of fashion and be a brand ambassador!
- You love working in fashion and retail and want to develop and grow your career!
