Our client is looking for a retail superstar to join their team and drive the Auckland stores! It is an exciting time for the business with rapid expansion and growth across the country. The fashion retail business prides itself on having excellent company culture with a focus on their people and their career progression.
You will be a fast paced manager who has worked in a hands on environment and who is not afraid to roll their sleeves up!
Your role will include;
- Managing up to 9 retail stores across Auckland
- Coaching, developing and progressing your team in their individual careers
- Driving sales across your region – you will be a sales superstar!
- Getting out in the stores and leading by example
- Ensuring visual merchandising and store standards are excellent
- Having fun at work and inspiring your team to love what they do!
Reporting directly into the National Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all the rosters in your region, store set-ups, recruiting, training and developing the future leaders of the business!
To be successful in the role, you will bring with you:
- Experience in multi-site, area or regional management roles where you have managed anywhere from 3- 10 stores.
- A strong business acumen with experience in managing store financials such as; KPI’s, PNL’s, wage control and cost control.
- A spring in your step – you are a fast paced leader who is used to working with high stock volumes
- Proven sales results
- HR experience from recruitment and on-boarding through to performance management
- A flair for visual merchandising.

The role is Monday to Friday, with an office day per week where you will work alongside the National Manager. Combine this with an excellent salary and remuneration package and it is the dream opportunity!
