- Have held a leadership or training role in a retail environment
- Have a good depth of training facilitation experience
- Be energetic and engaging with the ability to identify areas where your contribution can make a real difference to people, process and profit
- Be confident in your ability to work independently and autonomously
- Have outstanding communication and organisational skills
