Web Sales have started to soar, and with a recently re-vamped website, my client is looking for someone to take ownership of all the day to day running of the web sales, from confirming customer orders, through to any follow up customer service and maintaining and updating the website. A background that covers customer service, mail order and web sales will give you a strong advantage.
The key duties are-
- Managing web sales inventory
- Managing images required for web and print content
- Maintaining and updating the website
- Continual website development
- Managing all customer enquiries via email and phone
- Ensuring all orders are processed and fulfilled
- Working closely with other departments to ensure timelines and objectives are met
The successful applicant will have –
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Advanced Excel, Microsoft word
- An excellent understanding of web based programmes in particular Isams software, would be an advantage
- Highly developed and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Knowledge of and having worked with social media would be advantageous
