Retail Brand Manager

There most probably isn’t another role out there in the market that can give you this much opportunity to make your mark on an already successful retail brand.  You will be managing both the Marketing and Product departments, creating and implementing strategies to move this company forward into its next stage of evolution.

In this role, you will be:

• Creating and implementing the company’s marketing strategies – including a business plan, promotional strategies, Public Relations, Press Office, Graphic and production media plan.
• Managing the marketing and product teams, it will be your job to create an environment where positive contribution is welcomed and supported.
• Using your knowledge of market trends, you will be driving the team to create the direction and development of the product.
• In consultation with the General Manager and other senior managers, developing and overseeing the marketing and product budgets and ensuring they met the companies KPI’s.
• Creating initiatives bringing the brand alive internally and externally with existing and new promotional tools.
• Further developing the company website, and ensuring it is constantly maintained and updated.

As you will be driving the overall direction of the product and marketing departments you will have:

• At least 5 years’ experience managing marketing/product team within a retail brand
• A strong social media background
• Strong and effective leadership and management skills.
• Highly developed organisational skills, including the ability to delegate, meet deadlines and manage competing priorities effectively under pressure, be pro-active, and the ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment.
• Ability to drive change and be innovative.
