As part of your new role you could soon be:

• Working collaboratively with other leaders in the business to put an even more effective strategy for the department in place
• Working in a fast paced and very dynamic environment with leaders in their field
• Coaching, mentoring and directing a team of buyers and planners – creating a confident, efficient and happy team!
• Developing information management systems so that stock and performance becomes more visible
• Identifying gaps and opportunities – working to strengthen systems and processes
• Sharing your fabulous ideas and contributing your brilliant skills to a business that wants to learn from you!

To be considered for this position you will ideally:

• Love the idea of working with a team to push boundaries and move forward fearlessly
• Have achieved great results in a similar role within the fashion sector
• Be confident in your ability to add real value
• Have excellent commercial acumen with a real understanding of what is necessary to enable a merchandise team, and in turn, this retailer to reach new heights
• Be a very strong communicator, with the ability negotiate and influence
• Have great people values ….  and of course a sense of humour!
