The truth is that using LinkedIn has become an integral part of my job description as an executive search and recruitment consultant. I have found great people on behalf of my clients using LinkedIn and have connected with good business opportunities and inspiring people. With all the connecting I was doing, it was evident that for best results, I needed to update and refine my own profile.
